A very fine mid 18th century Mother of Pearl Wine Label of escutcheon form, engraved with gilded decoration and titled MOUNTAIN. Complete with original gilt chain and jumper rings. c1750-60. An example of the earliest form of MOP labels.
In superb condition with no chips or cracks and retaining virtually all of the gilt decoration.
