A good George III silver Wine Label of rectangular form with cut corners and double reeded border, incised for BRANDY. Engraved with the crest of HOWE of Wiltshire and Nottinghamshire – A gauntlet in fess, ppr, lined gu, holding a falchion, arg, hilted or, enfiled with a wolf’s head, erased of the first.
