A good quality Victorian silver sliding Propelling Pencil, the cylindrical body with hand engraved foliate decoration and a cartouche engraved 'W.G. Winder'. The cast chased finial set with a shield shaped white agate stone and unscrewing to reveal the lead reservoir.
