A Victorian silver Desk Clip mounted on a leather covered wooden base, formed as a crossed pair of British Officers Dress Swords complete with suspension rings and scabbards mounted on a sprung hinged stand. One sword is a propelling pencil and the other is a paper knife/letter opener.
