Victorian Silver Combined Vesta Case Cachous Box

A Victorian silver and enamel combined Vesta Case and Cachous Box, of rounded rectangular form, the sprung hinged lid inset with a striker, the base with separate hinged Cachous compartment with gilt interior and blue enamel label. The face engraved with ivy leaf decoration and a shield shaped cartouche engraved with initials.
