An unusual silver combination Table Vesta and Cigar Cutter made in the form of a rectangular tray standing on four ball feet with attached ring handle, a match compartment to the front of the sprung steel cigar cutter applied with a striker.

Also stamped with Millward-Banks distinctive forget-me-knot flower mark.
