A rare and unusual Victorian silver combination Stamp Moistener and Sealing Wax Seal, of large size with flared tubular body and felt stamp moistener, the seal matrix engraved with a crest depicting an armored fist holding a dagger and the motto ""Pro Patria"". A small silver nut to the side of the body unscrews to allow the chamber to be filled with water.
