A good quality Victorian silver combined Cigarette Case and Vesta Case of rounded rectangular form with ""patent clasp"" sprung closure, opening to reveal a silver gilt interior containing a hinged vesta compartment.
The cover engraved with a contemporary monogram within a garter surmounted by a crown.
