A good Victorian cast silver Menu Holder depicting Britannia sitting on a shield holding a trident in her hand, a recumbent lion by her side, all upon a scrolled banner with a crown and engraved; 1837 - 1897. Made to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victorian in 1897. Hinged 'D' shaped stand.
