A Victorian silver Bosuns Whistle (or boatswain whistle), the buoy stamped on either side with the Royal Navy Crown and Anchor mark, the keel with scratch engraved decoration and a vacant cartouche, reeded bands to the pipe. Complete with suspension ring.
