A Victorian novelty silver mounted MacIntyre ceramic Scent Bottle made in the form of a Chaffinch's egg, the silver screw-off lid in the form of an emerging chicks head.
Probably by Saunders & Shepherd c1890.
The silver top unmarked, but stamped with the registered design number 20060 (registered by Saunders & Shepherd in 1885).
The ceramic body with registered design number 20772 (registered by James MacIntyre & Co in 1885).
