An interesting Victorian silver Vesta Case of rounded rectangular form, the hinged flip- top lid with push button closing mechanism, the face enamelled with three Maritime Signal Flags relating to the contents of the vesta case . The flags represent the letters 'B' for Bravo, 'J' for Juliette and 'R' for Romeo which would indicate a dangerous or explosive cargo or ""I am on fire""!
