An extremely fine and rare Victorian silver and enamel Vesta Case made in the form of a 'A De Villar Y Villar' Cigar Box (a pre revolution discontinued brand). The hinged lid opening to reveal a silver gilt interior with integral striker. All six sides of the box are enamelled.
