A good quality Victorian novelty silver Vinaigrette formed as a Prayer Book with a ribbed spine, each cover with a cross of engraved scrolls against an engine turned background, the front with a small vacant cartouche. Silver gilt grille of scrolling leaves and flower heads within a border.
