A very fine quality Victorian novelty cast silver Tape Measure made in the form of a Policeman's Bullseye Lantern, with intaglio initials 'DN' under the domed green glass lens. The twenty plus inch original silk tape complete and with sprung rewinding mechanism operated by the button on top of the lid.
