A fine quality late Victorian miniature gold Propelling Pencil with swiveling loop attachment and sliding ring to extend the pencil. The hexagonal body inset with panels chased with various foliate scroll symbols highlighted with royal blue, sky blue and white enamel. The seal terminal set with a bloodstone.
