A fine quality Victorian high carat gold combined twist action Propelling Pencil and Pen Holder, the body with engine turned line and dot decoration and a vacant cartouche. The screw-off seal terminal engraved with an armorial crest. Twisting the barrel in one direction propels the pencil and turning in the other direction retracts the pencil and propels the pen.
