A fine quality late Victorian fully hallmarked 18 carat gold Vesta Case of rounded rectangular form with hinged lid opened via a push button sprung mechanism. Attached swiveling suspension ring to the base. Engraved to one side with contemporary Gothic initials 'BS' and similarly engraved to the reserve with the date '1898'.
