A good quality late Victorian small 10 carat gold and enamel telescopic Propelling Pencil with attached suspension ring, the dark red guilloche enamel sleeve with white enamel highlights, the bullet shaped telescopic pencil with reeded barrel.

Also stamped with the Mordan arrow mark indicating 10 carat gold.
