An extremely rare Victorian novelty silver telescopic Propelling Pencil, made in the form of a vintage Roller Skate with leather straps and buckles and two pairs of swiveling wheels.
Stamped: S Mordan & Co, and also engraved with a diamond registration mark for the 8th March 1876.
