A rare George III silver Penner, the tapering Ink Pot with bright-cut engraved decoration including two vacant cartouches and trailing leaves to the shaft, the pot has a threaded neck to accept the screw on Penner with reversible pull-out nib to the terminal. Screw in silver stopper to the ink pot.
