A rare Edwardian silver Patent Stamp Dispenser or a ""Device for Carrying and Affixing Stamps"". The Patent applied for by Benjamin F Lantz on August 5th 1890. The sprung plunger with star shaped dispenser inside the base, the silver screw-off handle with band of royal blue enamel decoration and pierced to dispense drops of water to the envelope.
