A very fine William IV cased silver and Mother of Pearl Folding Fruit Knife and Fork, the Mother of Pearl handles carved with flower heads and ferns and inset with vacant oval silver cartouches. The silver blades with bright-cut engraved decoration. Complete with original red Morocco leather fitted case.
