An unusual pair of mid 18th century silver Wine Labels of chased escutcheon form and of slightly unusual and elaborate outline, chased with vine leaves and grapes on a textured background above and below the incised titles for Claret and Port.
The Claret with makers mark only 'ID' struck twice, unattributed and possibly Provincial. The Port unmarked.

In good condition with no damage or repair, some wear to the chased decoration.
