An extremely rare Victorian silver Novelty Propelling Pencil formed as a 19th century Bicycle Pump with shaped bone handle and air holes to the base.
Stamped: S.Mordan & Co c1870.
In good condition with just one minute dent to the barrel and with the mechanism in full working order.
