A very fine large Victorian novelty silver and Essex rock crystal Cigarette Box, modeled as a slatted wooden dog kennel, the front with an applied Essex rock crystal panel depicting a St Bernard dog. The roof of the kennel with push-button sprung opening mechanism and silver gilt interior.
