A good quality George III London made silver Nutmeg Grater of a large size and deep rounded rectangular form with two bands of raised reeded decoration, hinged cover and base and fixed internal steel grater. The lid engraved with a crest; out of a ducal coronet a plume of three feathers, probably for Hyslop of Kirkcudbright, Scotland.
