An unusual George III silver Wine Label of oval form with milled edge, bright-cut engraved decoration with swags above and either side of a vacant oval cartouche, pierced for Sherry.
By John Lambe, London 1784-1785 (incise head mark). The makers mark partly obscured by the piercing, but almost certainly that of Lambe.
