A fine quality George II silver twin compartment Snuff Box, of elongated oval form with central concealed hinge, one cover engraved with a crest the other with initials, an engraved thumb-piece to either end, the silver gilt interiors struck with two makers marks only - ""I.W"" (in Roman Capitals) and ""I.W"" (in script).
Unascribed c1750 - 60.
