A good Flight Barr & Barr Worcester Dessert Plate, painted in polychrome enamels enriched with gilt. The central gilt harebell medallion enclosed by a sky blue surround within a border of fully blown Billingsley style roses on a seeweed ground, gilt line rims.
Impressed crown and printed marks.
