A good quality Edwardian silver combination three colour Propelling Pencil and Cheroot Cutter, the flat rounded tube housing three slide action Propelling Pencils with red, blue and black coloured enamel indicators to the slider buttons. A slide action steel cheroot cutter to the other end. Engraved - VICTOR CLICQUOT (Champagne).
