A good Edwardian silver combined double Sovereign and Vesta Case of large rounded rectangular form with all over foliate scroll engraved decoration, a circular cartouche engraved with contemporary initials. The two sprung hinges opening to reveal silver gilt interiors and sprung full and half sovereign compartments.
