A very fine early Derby solid oval Basket with applied rope twist handles enriched with florets, painted in polychrome enamels with exotic birds in a garden scene, with scattered foliate sprays, the exterior with daisy florets in canary yellow applied to the moulded crosslets, on a raised apple green base, all within a chocolate lime border.
