An early 20th century Art Deco mechanical silver Propelling Pencil with twist action to open and close, the plain cylindrical body with reeded decoration and two collars with royal blue enamel letters - 'L & L' and 'XS' conjoined. The terminal unscrews to reveal a lead reservoir. The nozzle marked - 'VS', for a 1.5mm lead.
