A fine Duesbury Derby Sauce Tureen and Cover of oval form with gilt enriched scroll handles, the cover with an oval ring finial, painted in polychrome enamels with a small sprays of roses and other flowers, a pendant puce garland within a gilt enriched Smiths blue line border, gilt dental rims.

Crown and 'D' mark in blue, c1775 - 1780.
