A Victorian silver Whistle of large cylindrical form with applied Coat of Arms, garter and motto (Fidelis Et Fideliter), surmounted by a Coronet and with the raised initials 'L.K.A.' Probably representing a military of sporting organisation. Attached suspension ring and internal cork pea.
