An extremely fine and rare Victorian silver and enamel telescopic Propelling Pencil, of flat oval form with attached suspension ring. The body enamelled with a Royal Crown above a shield with a cypher of Queen Victoria ""VR"" between the Flowers of the Union (English Rose, Scottish Thistle and Irish Shamrock), a banner entitled 'JUBILEE' above the date 1887.
