Photo 1 of 8
A fine First Period Worcester cylindrical Tankard with ridged loop handle, wide flat foot rim and an everted rim. The Tankard is painted with a grim looking Oriental with pigtail standing in a flowing robe by a table on which are placed a box and a vase containing a flower. In front of the table, on one somewhat deformed knee, a second Oriental is about to plant a specimen in the garden. Flowering plants and trees in the background with small flocks of birds above. The Gardener Pattern (I.A. 13).
